At MJ Autos in Pencoed we have been servicing VWs for over 30 years. Since 2003 we have been able to service VWs which are still within their VW warranty period to maintain the warranty. Choosing us means you will receive attention to detail and customer service dedicated to making your servicing requirements easy to arrange, expertly completed, and at a greatly reduced cost in comparison to main-dealers or national chains.

Whatever age your VW is, we will assess it individually and make no assumptions regarding its servicing needs. If it has passed its manufacturer warranty period we will tailor an in-house service option to ensure it continues to run smoothly and efficiently.

We’re easy to find just off Junction 35 of the M4 in Pencoed but do offer a collection and delivery service within a limited radius of our workshop. Alternatively we can offer customers a courtesy car for use while your car is with us (subject to availability). All our technicians and drivers use disposable gloves and disposable seat covers and floormats, and our courtesy cars are sanitised between each use.

During the three decades since MJ Autos was established, there have been many advancements and changes in the technology used in the vehicle manufacturing process, and we are dedicated to moving with the times and keeping our equipment, training and methods up-to-date. Our workshop is fully equipped to service your VW to the highest standard, using quality-approved parts, oils and lubricants.

Block Exemption Regulation (2003) was the moment it all changed, and independent garages became permitted to service VWs which are still within their manufacturer warranty period, without invalidating the VW warranty. MJ Autos follow the VW service schedule exactly as a VW main-dealer would, but for a fraction of the cost. We will update your VW service log – paper or digital – once your service is completed.
